We welcome you once again to Four Acre Farm to discover the fascinating and enriching world of culinary herbs. These familiar sounding herbs have much more to offer us than adding a little punch of flavour to our meals.

For 2026 we will meet 10 new herbs that we love dearly. Held on the first Friday of every month we will share their magical qualities in our 2.5 hour workshop, this will include:

Cultivation, harvesting, origin and varieties

Culinary suggestions

History, folklore, medicine and craft

A herb craft activity

Herb of the month tea and refreshments

Meditation

Plant spirit connection

You will take home, an informative worksheet, propagated plant or seedlings to grow on at home, your craft creation.

The herbs you will learn to cherish are -

Sage, Chive, Savoury, Lavender, Coriander, Hyssop, Cayenne, Dill, Chamomile, Borage
