Soul Circle for women
We believe healing is deepened when women are together. We believe we are meant to be in nature with our mother and our ultimate giver of wisdom. Re- membering who we really are, away from the titles, the expectations or societies narrative. Bringing ourselves back into balance, into wholeness…
This offering is to give space and time in otherwise busy lives to let go of the ‘should do’s and be’s’ because it’s really tiring always holding it together. We are wildly magic and powerful beings that have forgotten (or been told that’s nonsense!) how to nurture that within.
We all carry wounds that need our love and attention, so we want to give permission and space for these things to unfold as slowly or gently as is needed, whilst being held in a sacred circle. No judgement, no pressure, just your presence is required.
We will honour the seasons, create sweet ritual and practices together that can be continued at home (or under a tree) to strengthen and restore you. Each month will be different so that you experience many opportunities to listen to your intution, find compassion and a deeper love for yourself.
Sarah is an experienced multi disciplinary healer fascinated with how to live a soul led life in a world that makes little space for soul...

Kate is a land steward at Four Acre and recently completed level 3 foundation year in Eco Psychology and nature based practice to become a Nature, Health and wellbeing facilitator. An animist already deeply connected to the rhythm of the seasons, she believes we could all have a deep transformative relationship with the Earth and her mysteries if we gave ourselves more time to truly connect with her. She has witnessed first hand the power of self enquiry, healing and wholing safely held by a guide and nature.
